Australia is launching its first spot Bitcoin ETF tomorrow. The ETF, called IBTC, will trade on the Cboe Australia exchange. Monochrome Asset Management is behind the launch. The ETF offers direct exposure to BTC and tracks the CME CF Bitcoin Reference Rate index.

MicroStrategy and its CEO Michael Saylor have settled a tax fraud case with the Washington General's office. They will pay $40 million to resolve the case, which is the largest income tax fraud recovery in DC history. The settlement was announced by AG Brian Schwalb in of social media posts.
